Sending large files

Files over 10 MB? Send them for free with SwissTransfer.

At a glance

  • Quote form up to 10 MB
  • SwissTransfer up to 50 GB
  • Link valid for up to 30 days

The quote form accepts attachments up to 10 MB, and most email services have similar limits. Files for banners, shop windows or books are often far bigger. For those we recommend SwissTransfer: free, no account needed, built for large files, with a link that stays valid for a set number of days.

Up to 50 GB per transfer, valid for up to 30 days, according to SwissTransfer (October 2026). The service sets these limits and they may change.

Step by step

  1. Add your files. Ideally put them in one zip named after you or the job.
  2. Choose “Link”, copy it and send it to us through the quote form.
  3. Set the validity to the longest option available, so we have time to download it.
  4. In the message, add your name, phone number and what you need (product, size, quantity).

Once it is sent, let us know with a call on +30 28210 92827 or through the form, so we can check it straight away.

Do

  • All files in one zip named after you
  • The longest validity available for the link
  • A call or message once it is sent

Avoid

  • Files one by one across many emails
  • A link that expires after one day
  • Sending without your name and phone number
