What we collect
- Your name, company (optional), phone number and email.
- What you need, quantities or sizes, your message, and any file you attach.
Why
Only to reply to your request and prepare a quote. We do not use your details for marketing and we do not share them with anyone.
Where it is kept and for how long
Requests are stored on our web host in the EU and sent to our business email. We keep them for as long as needed to serve your request and our legal obligations, and at most 2 years, unless you become a customer.
Cookies and third parties
With your consent only, we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) to measure, in aggregate, how visitors use the site: pages viewed, device type, approximate location by country/city, and whether a quote request was sent. It sets cookies whose names start with _ga, kept for up to 2 years. Advertising features are switched off. Data may be processed by Google outside the EU under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. If you press “Reject”, Google Analytics never loads. You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
Your choice itself is remembered in your browser for 6 months (this is not a tracking cookie).
The Google map loads only if you press “Show map”; Google may then set its own cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by contacting us. You also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
